About the Class
Full body conditioning workout designed to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core through the use of resistance loop bands. Exercises are performed at different tempo variations to strengthen the muscles & improve range of movement. The workout ends with a core blast finisher followed by a deep relaxing stretch.
